Reporting Reviews

Reviews can be reported to the moderator if a reader thinks a review should not be published. The moderator can then remove the review or return it to the reviewer for editing if they agree that the review should be removed or changed.

To report a review:

1. Display the item in Detailed Results then click the View review(s) button to open the View Reviews page.
2. Click the Report Review button under the offending review to open the Report Review form.
3. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in.
4. In the Reason box, select the reason for reporting the review.
5. If you wish to expand on the reasons for reporting the review, enter these details in the Reason detail box.
6. Click Report review to submit the report.

Reported reviews have the status Reported and may be suppressed, i.e. not visible to other readers.

If one of your reviews has been reported you may receive an email informing you.

The status of all your reviews can be viewed on the Account page.
